Which subscription for which service?

All our services are available through subscriptions and are subject to an annual fee.

According to your specific needs you can opt for one of the following category of services:

• EU Monitoring Reports: basic, advanced or expert
• EU Private Observatory
• Help Desk

EU Monitoring Reports:

Eurobias’ Monitoring Reports are tailored services. Their prices vary according to the number of sectors and domains chosen, the type of analysis, the geographical area covered and other services you need.

Subscription to one or more Monitoring Reports gives automatic access to the overall package of services (EU Private Observatory, Help Desk) and to our special subscription offer.

Please find below a table summarizing some of the services available with their related costs. This table is for information only. It will help you to build your “à la carte” service. All suggestions are welcome. Please ask us if you would like to have some components or category of services extended or reduced. We will send you a price offer.

EU Private Observatory:

A secured and dedicated observatory custom-made for you will be made available upon subscription to any basic, advanced or expert report. On this web page, a supplement of useful links and additional tools such as searchable archives will be posted for you.

The setting-up of a secured and custom-made EU Private Observatory including primary information (items, link, and source), searchable archives, useful links and additional monitoring tools is subject to a subscription and an initial annual fee of € 500*.

Help Desk:

The Help Desk facility is subject to a subscription and an initial annual fee of € 500*.

Apart from the special offer, hereafter, our billing rate is € 60* per hour.

Special subscription offer:
According to the type of Monitoring Report subscription you selected (advanced or expert), 15 or 45 hours of Eurobias consultancy are included in your subscription (to use within the first three months). Once the credit hours have expired, there is a fee of € 50* per hour for additional consultancy service.

Modus Operandi

Our Monitoring and Observatory services are developed as follows:

• Phase 1
  An initial meeting is scheduled to assess all your needs. Minutes of the meeting comprising all your content, design and modules requirements are submitted for pre-approval.
• Phase 2
  Once the pre-approval has been signed, a model is rapidly created according to your needs and requirements, as specified in the minutes.
• Phase 3
  A free one-month trial period will allow you to assess the level of the information gathered for you as well as the relevance of our complementary services available through your temporary EU Observatory. During this period, content, modules and design adjustments may be carried out upon request. For each significant modification, an addendum is sent for approval.
• Phase 4
  At the end of the trial period, a contract is submitted for subscription. Upon subscription, Eurobias gives you access to your one-year permanent EU observatory and/or sends you the regular monitoring reports by e-mail, as specified in the contract. Other meetings are convened to adjust your needs to the quickly changing environment of the EU.
